How It All Started
People often ask me, “Rina, how did you get into cooking?” And honestly… it started with a mess.

I didn’t grow up in a fancy kitchen or with culinary school dreams. I learned to cook because I had to — feeding a busy family, juggling work, and trying to make meals that didn’t feel like a chore. But something surprising happened along the way: I started to enjoy it. The sizzle of garlic. The smell of soup. The look on my kids’ faces at dinner.
What started as casual notes turned into a growing recipe stash — tested, tasted, and shared with love. That’s how Joylicious Recipes was born—not from perfection, but from passion.

Cooking, Cleaning & Real Life
Real kitchens get messy—and that’s okay.

Cooking isn’t always picture-perfect. And that’s fine. I share recipes the way I cook them: with a little prep, a lot of flavor, and sometimes… a few extra dishes. Cleanup is just part of the process—and a clean counter is the best way to start your next creation.
Let the Kids Join In
Some of the best memories are made with flour on your nose.

My kids often join me in the kitchen—rolling dough, stirring sauces, sneaking cheese when I’m not looking. Cooking together builds more than meals—it builds memories.
