For the Chicken:

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

For the Wrap:

  • 1 large flour tortilla

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

  • 4 strips of bacon

  • 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Cook the Bacon:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove, chop into small pieces, and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  • In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and sear chicken on both sides until golden.

  • Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 9–12 minutes, or until fully cooked.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

3. Make the Salad Filling:

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, bacon, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.

  • Toss until evenly mixed and coated.

4. Assemble the Wrap:

  • Lay tortilla flat and spoon the salad mixture onto the center.
