A deliciously crisp tortilla filled with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy Caesar salad. This quick and satisfying wrap makes a perfect lunch or light dinner—fresh, flavorful, and ready in just 20 minutes.
For the Chicken:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
For the Wrap:
1 large flour tortilla
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
4 strips of bacon
4 tablespoons Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook the Bacon:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove, chop into small pieces, and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and sear chicken on both sides until golden.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 9–12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
3. Make the Salad Filling:
In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, bacon, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.

Lay tortilla flat and spoon the salad mixture onto the center.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
Toast seam-side down in a clean skillet over medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.
