  • 1 can (15 oz) peach slices, drained and chopped

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)


Instructions

 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped peaches, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.

  • Sprinkle the instant vanilla pudding mix over the fruit and stir until everything is well coated.

  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  • Stir in the shredded coconut and add chopped pecans if desired.
