Ingredients

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1 ounce ranch seasoning mix (about 1 packet)

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (about 1/2 cup)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
Slow Cooker Method:

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper evenly over the chicken. Add chicken broth if using.

Add dollops of softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and is tender.

Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to slow cooker and stir to mix with the cream cheese.
