2 large chicken breasts, halved to reduce thickness
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Olive oil spray
In a bowl, mix together the Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise and minced garlic until well blended.
