Ingredients
-
8 cups chopped watermelon (about ½ of a large watermelon), chilled
-
1 lime, juiced
-
6 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
-
Add the chilled watermelon chunks to a high-speed blender.
-
Pour in the lime juice and add the mint leaves.
-
Blend on high for about 15 seconds, or until completely smooth.
-
Set a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour the blended juice through it. Use a spatula to press the liquid through, leaving the pulp behind.
-
Discard the pulp, then transfer the strained juice into a serving pitcher.
-
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to drink.
Notes
Juicer Option:
If using a juicer, cut the watermelon into smaller pieces that fit your machine. Feed the watermelon, lime, and mint through the juicer. Serve immediately.
