This hydrating watermelon mint juice is the perfect naturally sweet drink for summer. Quick to make with just three fresh ingredients—no added sugar required!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups chopped watermelon (about ½ of a large watermelon), chilled

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 6 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add the chilled watermelon chunks to a high-speed blender.

  2. Pour in the lime juice and add the mint leaves.

  3. Blend on high for about 15 seconds, or until completely smooth.

  4. Set a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour the blended juice through it. Use a spatula to press the liquid through, leaving the pulp behind.

  5. Discard the pulp, then transfer the strained juice into a serving pitcher.

  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to drink.

Notes

Juicer Option:
If using a juicer, cut the watermelon into smaller pieces that fit your machine. Feed the watermelon, lime, and mint through the juicer. Serve immediately.
