  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.

  • Season and Coat: In a medium bowl, combine the chicken with flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

  • Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. When hot, add the chicken in a single layer. Cook without stirring for 3 minutes to develop a golden crust.

  • Flip and Finish Cooking: Flip the chicken pieces and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Add Garlic Butter: Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Cook for 1 additional minute, or until the chicken is fully cooked and fragrant.
