Description
Enjoy this easy Garlic Parmesan Grilled Chicken recipe made on a griddle—juicy, cheesy, and packed with flavor in just 25 minutes.
Ingredients
-
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs (such as oregano and basil)
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
-
Preheat a flat top griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and spread it evenly.
-
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
-
Place the chicken on the hot surface and sear for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
-
Reduce the heat slightly. Add the minced garlic around the chicken and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the garlic is fragrant.
-
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese generously over the chicken. Cover loosely with a lid or foil to allow the cheese to melt, about 2 to 3 minutes.
-
Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
