Ingredients
For the Salad:

6 cups chopped lettuce (iceberg or romaine)

1 (8-ounce) cooked Greek-marinated chicken breast, sliced or chopped

2 cups sliced tomatoes or Mediterranean-style tomato salad

1 cup sliced Persian or English cucumber

¼ cup kalamata olives

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled or broken into chunks
For the Greek Dressing:

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup distilled white vinegar or lemon juice (substitute for red wine vinegar)

1 clove garlic, minced

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

Place the chopped lettuce into a large serving bowl or divide between two salad bowls.
