For the Chicken:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    In a medium bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

  • Grill the Chicken:
    Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken pieces for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and slightly charred.

  • Make the Garlic Sauce:
    In a separate small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

 

  • Serve:
    Arrange the grilled chicken on a serving platter and either drizzle with the garlic sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
