For the Chicken and Broccoli:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

  • Ground black pepper, to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • Salt, to taste

  • Ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Marinate the Chicken:
    In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly. Let the chicken marinate for about 15 minutes at room temperature.

  • Cook the Broccoli:
    While the chicken marinates, steam or microwave the broccoli until bright green and just tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside.

  • Grill the Chicken:
    Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for approximately 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Once cooked, transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for a few minutes.

  • Prepare the Garlic Sauce:
    In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until the sauce is creamy and well blended.

 

  • Assemble the Bowls:
    Slice the grilled chicken. In each bowl, place a serving of broccoli, top with sliced chicken, and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.
