Ingredients
For the Chicken and Broccoli:

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:
In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly. Let the chicken marinate for about 15 minutes at room temperature. -
Cook the Broccoli:
While the chicken marinates, steam or microwave the broccoli until bright green and just tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside. -
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for approximately 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Once cooked, transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for a few minutes. -
Prepare the Garlic Sauce:
In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until the sauce is creamy and well blended.
