  • 1.5 lbs ground chicken

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

 

  • Mix Ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, paprika, pepper, and salt. Mix just until combined—avoid overmixing.

  • Shape Patties
    Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into 3/4-inch thick patties. Place on a parchment-lined tray.

  • Optional Chill
    Refrigerate patties for 20–30 minutes for firmer texture during cooking.

  • Cook
    Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
