Delicious Million Dollar Baked Chicken Breast recipe loaded with cheese, bacon, and flavor—perfect for an easy, cheesy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (reserve half for topping, if desired)

  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  • Cook the bacon strips until crispy, then chop and set aside.

  • Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat. Arrange the chicken evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, sliced green onions, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread this cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. If you like, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

  • Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F at the thickest part.

 

  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Garnish with extra crumbled bacon and green onions, if desired.
