This creamy pistachio fluff recipe is a nostalgic, no-bake treat made with pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped topping. A perfect dessert for potlucks, holidays, or summer BBQs!
1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 to 1½ cups mini marshmallows
½ to 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)
Mix Pineapple & Pudding:
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the entire can of crushed pineapple (including juice) with the pistachio pudding mix until fully combined and slightly thickened.
Fold in Whipped Topping:
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
Add Marshmallows & Nuts:
Stir in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts, if using.
