Pistachio Fluff Salad – The Classic No-Bake Dessert Everyone Loves

This creamy pistachio fluff recipe is a nostalgic, no-bake treat made with pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped topping. A perfect dessert for potlucks, holidays, or summer BBQs!

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

  • 1 to cups mini marshmallows

  • ½ to 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

 

  • Mix Pineapple & Pudding:
    In a large mixing bowl, stir together the entire can of crushed pineapple (including juice) with the pistachio pudding mix until fully combined and slightly thickened.

  • Fold in Whipped Topping:
    Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

  • Add Marshmallows & Nuts:
    Stir in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts, if using.

  • Chill:
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  • Garnish & Serve:
    Just before serving, top with maraschino cherries or additional chopped nuts if desired.
