Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken until well coated. Let sit for 15 minutes to marinate.

  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and let it rest before slicing thinly.

  3. Make Creamy Garlic Sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and let it simmer until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

  4. Cook the Ramen: Boil water in a large pot and cook ramen noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

  5. Prepare the Broth: In another pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until aromatic, then pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5–7 minutes to blend flavors.

  6. Assemble the Bowls: Divide the noodles between two serving bowls. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles. Add sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce. Top with chopped green onions and a splash of chili oil if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
