Apple Waldorf Salad

A classic, refreshing salad combining crisp apples, crunchy celery, and walnuts in a creamy honey-mayo dressing.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 green apples
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup grapes halved

Instructions

  1. Wash and core apples, then dice into small pieces with skin on.
  2. Place apples in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. Add chopped celery and walnuts to the apple mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and honey until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Gently fold in halved grapes.
  7. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
