Best Steak Bites

Juicy, tender steak bites seared to perfection and finished with a delicious garlic butter sauce – ready in under 10 minutes!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs sirloin steak cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat until very hot.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then place in a single layer in the hot pan.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Add butter and garlic to the pan, cooking for 1-2 minutes while stirring to coat the meat.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
