Spicy buffalo chicken pizza with garlic Parmesan crust and creamy blue cheese dressing – the perfect combination of heat and flavor in every bite.

  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce, plus more to drizzle on top
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing, divided. Can sub Ranch.
  • 1 lb. pizza dough, at room temp
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup banana pepper rings, patted dry
  • Garlic Butter Parmesan Crust
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
To Garnish
  • Chives/Green Onions
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing.
  3. Stretch dough onto a 12-inch greased pizza pan and poke with fork to prevent bubbling.
  4. Spread pizza sauce, then add most of the mozzarella.
  5. Add buffalo chicken, onions, and banana peppers, followed by remaining cheese.
  6. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons blue cheese and additional buffalo sauce.
  7. Bake for 13 minutes, then remove from oven.
  8. Combine butter, Parmesan, and garlic powder; brush onto crust.
  9. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until crust browns.
  10. Garnish with green onions, red pepper flakes, and parsley before serving.

 

Notes

For extra crispy crust, preheat your pizza stone for 30 minutes.
