Creamy, chocolatey overnight oats studded with juicy raspberries – a nutritious no-cook breakfast that tastes like dessert but fuels your morning.

  • ½ cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, dairy-free milk, ground flaxseeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and almond butter.
  2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Add ⅓ cup frozen raspberries on top (if using fresh raspberries, you’ll add ½ cup before eating).
  4. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  5. When ready to eat, stir the berries into the oatmeal and enjoy cold, or warm slightly if preferred.
