A creamy, cheesy casserole featuring tender corned beef and cabbage – the perfect comfort food dinner for any night of the week.

  • 4 cups cooked beef, chopped or shredded
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Steam or sauté cabbage until nearly tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together broth, heavy cream, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder until smooth.
  4. Add the pre-cooked cabbage and corned beef to the sauce mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Fold in half of each cheese (1 cup Swiss, 1/4 cup Parmesan).
  6. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  8. If desired, broil for 1 minute to achieve a deeper golden color.
  9. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
