Crack Chicken Tenders

Irresistibly crispy baked chicken tenders with a creamy ranch Parmesan coating and crunchy Ritz cracker exterior. Simple to make and absolutely addictive!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken tenders
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in the mayo mixture then dredge in crushed Ritz crackers.
  4. Arrange on baking sheet with space between each piece.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
