A vibrant, no-cook relish combining fresh cranberries with orange zest and juice for the perfect sweet-tart holiday side dish.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 medium navel orange
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Grate 2 teaspoons of zest from the orange; remove remaining peel and white pith.
  2. Divide the orange into sections.
  3. Place orange sections, zest, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor.
  4. Pulse until finely chopped but still textured.
  5. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
