Easy Sweetened Condensed Milk Bread

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan lightly.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter together. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined—do not overmix.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface.

  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
