Easy Fruit Pizza Recipe

A stunning dessert featuring a sugar cookie crust topped with cream cheese frosting and fresh fruits – perfect for any gathering!

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 cup halved or quartered fresh strawberries (6 to 8 medium)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
  2. Press cookie dough evenly in pan, leaving 1/2 inch border around edge.
  3. Bake 16-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely on rack (30 minutes).
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until fluffy (30 seconds).
  5. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
  6. Arrange fruit over cream cheese in desired pattern.
  7. Stir jelly until smooth, then brush over fruit.
  8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting into wedges or squares.
