  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced or left whole
  • 45 slices turkey bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook turkey bacon until crisp, cool, then chop into small pieces.
  3. Place mushrooms in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried basil, and Parmesan.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet and roast for 15-18 minutes until golden.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes, then top with chopped turkey bacon before serving.
