A refreshing blend of juicy grapes in a sweet cream cheese dressing topped with brown sugar and nuts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened (see note 1)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 pounds red seedless grapes chilled (about 10 cups, see note 2)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped (see note 3)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add chilled grapes to the cream cheese mixture and fold gently until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine brown sugar and chopped nuts.
  4. Transfer the grape mixture to a serving bowl and sprinkle the brown sugar nut topping evenly over the top.
  5. Seal the container and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or leave it overnight before serving.
  6. Serve cold.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for the smoothest texture.
  • You can use green grapes or a combination of red and green.
  • Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant for enhanced flavor.
