Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 8 Pillsbury crescent rolls (1 can)
  • 2 ounce cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 turkey breakfast sausages (fully cooked)
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat 5 eggs in a bowl. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
  3. Pour in beaten eggs and gently pull across pan as they set, forming soft curds until thickened with no visible liquid.
  4. Sprinkle flour onto work surface and unroll crescent dough. Cut into 8 rectangles, pinching seams if necessary.
  5. Top each rectangle with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and a sausage link.
  6. Roll up each rectangle and place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
