  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast (or boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken tenders)

Instructions

  1. Combine Italian seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and add to marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  3. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 24 hours refrigerated).
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Add chicken to the pan in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally for another 4-5 minutes until all sides are golden brown and chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
  7. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
