  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for pan-frying chicken or brushing the air fryer or the grill

Instructions

  1. If using whole chicken breasts, slice each one horizontally to create two even pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness of about ½-¾ inch.
  2. Place chicken pieces in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the chicken. Mix thoroughly to ensure even coating.
  4. To bake: Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C. Place chicken on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C.
  5. To pan-fry: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  6. To air-fry: Preheat air fryer to 380°F/193°C. Cook chicken for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until properly cooked.
  7. To grill: Preheat grill to high heat. Grill chicken for 2-3 minutes per side with lid closed until cooked through.
  8. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
