  • 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 5 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup until well mixed.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over chicken mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes
