A creamy, egg-free peach ice cream made with real peaches and just 7 simple ingredients. Perfectly sweet, smooth, and easy to make at home.
4 cups peeled & sliced peaches (5–6 peaches)
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Juice of 1 large lemon
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp almond extract (optional)
2 cups heavy cream
Combine peaches, sugars, lemon juice, vanilla, and almond extract. Let sit 15 mins.
Pulse mixture in blender until mostly smooth.
Stir in heavy cream.
Chill in fridge for 1–2 hrs.
Churn in machine or freeze using no-churn method.
Store in airtight container for 4–6 hrs until set.
Omit almond extract if desired. Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Freeze machine bowl ahead of time.
