Peach Ice Cream in Waffle Cone with Fresh Peaches

A creamy, egg-free peach ice cream made with real peaches and just 7 simple ingredients. Perfectly sweet, smooth, and easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups peeled & sliced peaches (56 peaches)

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • Juice of 1 large lemon

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp almond extract (optional)

  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  • Combine peaches, sugars, lemon juice, vanilla, and almond extract. Let sit 15 mins.

  • Pulse mixture in blender until mostly smooth.

  • Stir in heavy cream.

  • Chill in fridge for 1–2 hrs.

  • Churn in machine or freeze using no-churn method.

 

  • Store in airtight container for 4–6 hrs until set.

Notes

Omit almond extract if desired. Use ripe peaches for best flavor. Freeze machine bowl ahead of time.
