  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 5 ounces cooked spinach (fresh or thawed frozen), squeezed dry and chopped

  3. Mix olive oil and grated garlic, then brush over dough.
  4. Dot small spoonfuls of cream cheese across the surface.
  5. Layer toppings: chopped spinach, mushrooms, mozzarella, Parmesan, and artichoke hearts.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts, mushrooms soften, and crust turns golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Ensure spinach is thoroughly squeezed dry to prevent a soggy pizza. For extra crunch, sprinkle some Parmesan along the crust edges. Nutrition facts are estimates and may vary based on ingredients used, portion sizes, and preparation methods.
